Chair Yoga
Tuesdays at 10 a.m. via Zoom. Gentle stretching and strengthening exercise, all done while sitting in a chair. Register by contacting Debbie Bena at 410-274-0446 (you will receive the Zoom link after registering).

Senior Fitness
Wednesdays at 10 a.m. via Zoom. Low-impact aerobic exercise, followed by strengthening and stretching. Light weights and exercise bands are optional. This class can be done while sitting in a chair. Cardio/Floor Yoga Class
Thursdays at 10 a.m. via Zoom. Twenty minutes of low-impact standing exercise followed by 50 minutes of floor yoga. Register by contacting Debbie Bena at 410-274-0446 (you will receive the Zoom link after registering).

In-Person Fitness is Back!
Wednesdays at 11 a.m. Jay Santouse from the Keswick Wise & Well Center. Includes a variety of exercises for all levels to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
