Case Management & Emergency Services
Through a quick screening, our Case Manager can determine your eligibility and provide assistance in the application process for:
- Food Stamps
- Medical Assistance
- Utility Assistance
- Water4All
- Homeowners and Renters Tax Credits
Required documentation varies for each application, but if you are able, please bring a form of:
- ID
- Proof of housing costs
- Proof of income/other benefits (SSI, Social Security)
Copy, fax and scan services are available for those who are submitting redeterminations and other documents to the Department of Social Services.
We also provide referrals to:
- Substance use treatment programs
- Individual and family counseling
- Free legal services
Distributions
Dozens of families depend upon our Friday food distributions to make ends meet each week. Distributions begin at noon, and there’s no sign-up necessary to receive food items. Items vary weekly, but include milk, fresh produce, canned goods and pantry staples.
If you would like to make an in-kind donation to support the Center’s operations and help our neighbors meet their needs, check out our in-kind donation request list or bring in donations during our lobby hours Tuesday – Friday from 10 a.m. -4 p.m. Your support is life-changing!
