Hats Off to Hampden Gala

Hats Off to Hampden Gala, which was held on March 30th at Preston Hall, was a fantastic night full of support for the Center. Paul and Dorothy Wolman were stellar co-chairs—thank you both and to their amazing committee. New this year was a hat making station where guests could create their own hat under the direction of volunteers from Art with A Heart. The hat contest was judged by Tim Williams, Jenni Mann, and Christopher Schafer and showcased the best of the best. Congrats to winners: Hugh Bethell, Joan Cox and Danielle Nekimken!

Thank you to The Wine Source for their incredible generosity – always ensuring guests have a wide selection of beverages from which to choose. Thank you to Chef Chad Gauss of The Food Market and to SweetSide Café for preparing wonderful food and desserts. Flowers and centerpieces were beautifully created by Libby Francis of the Modest Florist. We continue to be in awe of her flower magic! A huge thank you to Tim Williams of WJZ-TV for serving as the emcee, and to Dorothy Fuchs Yeager of Purple Dot PR.

We’re overwhelmed by the time and talent that everyone offered. Through our incredibly generous sponsors, The Wolman Family, Aber D. Unger Foundation, Falkenhan’s Hardware, EverCleanPros, WolmanEdge, Keswick Wise & Well, Seawall, Brad & Christine Chambers, Gutierrez Studios, Mission, Rotunda/ICON, and our guests, we can continue to provide the essential programs and services that support the Hampden community.
